This Bootcamp is for experienced facilitators interested in creating experiences that lead to greater transformation (and greater compensation).
It’s a six-week intensive program.
It’s a small cohort.
It’s a facilitated experience. Learning by doing. Tapping into the wisdom of the group.
It’s a lot of fun, but ruthlessly focused on delivering valuable outcomes.
The Goal:
Click here to apply and schedule a time to talk.

This is for experienced facilitators who hunger to make a more valuable impact.
(This is not for people with limited experience running workshops. We’ll assume you’re already an experienced facilitator, coach, or trainer.)
It’s for independent consultants or business owners who want the confidence and ammunition to raise their rates — and get it.
OR for people who work internally at companies that want to deliver more value, document that value, and demonstrate it.
Either way, it’s about making sure YOU see a great return on investment, as well.

Different people like to learn and engage in different ways. There are four primary ways participants will engage with the content and group, and everyone is encouraged to take advantage of all of them.
Each week has TWO live (virtual) sessions, on Mondays and Thursdays. Mondays are typically focused on content and making progress. Thursdays are typically focused on sharing and getting feedback.
It’s inevitable that people will have schedule conflicts occassionally. It won’t be problem. Live sessions are always recorded.
The live sessions start at 11am ET / 8am PT / 5pm CEST (Europe) — and run two hours. Tim will also stay for an extra hour if anyone has further questions or would like to dig deeper on anything. (It’s like bonus 1-on-1 time!)
These exercises are facilitated, time-boxed sessions that take participants through the concepts and give them space to do the work in real-time.
But they are pre-recorded, so people can do them on their own schedules.
If an exercise says it will take 25 minutes to complete, it will take 25 minutes. Because the work time is built-into the recording. This creates a more interactive, predictable, and productive experience than the typical “video lessons” approach.
All participants will also be part of an online community and messaging board, where discussions, questions, topics, and resources will be shared between sessions — and well after the six weeks are over. This cohort gets lifetime access to the community.
Participants are encouraged to share their work and ideas here, in order to continously get feedback. It’s the resource that keeps giving. There are some seriously smart people in there already.
Everyone gets two one-on-one collaboration sessions with Tim, to roll up our sleeves and dig deep on your specific challenges, questions, and goals. And even beyond these two sessions, there are plenty of opportunities to speak. Tim is very accessable to the group.

**“I got what I came for. This is a high ROI experience, and the program delivered on its promises and then some.
Tim is an excellent teacher and mentor whose approach is both down to earth and accessible, but also very legitimate and credible. So there's this great blend of approachability and real street cred, which is something that was important to me.
The format is really valuable because you can get so much done in that synchronous, tight, time-boxed experience. The format was really conducive to result-driven outcomes. And I was really pleased with what I was able to produce.”**

“I have a high bar for facilitation courses and am skeptical that I'll hear something new. Tim's bootcamp exceeded expectations with helpful frameworks and specific ideas to refine my offer and amplify value. He pushes thinking and curates a thoughtful collaborative cohort. This masterclass sets you up for success with a disciplined system to market and lead sessions that get results.”

"Look, if you're considering joining this program, here's what I would say. If you're already completely clear on what you do and why it matters and why somebody should pay you double or triple what you're already charging, then you probably don't need this program. But if you were someone like me who knows that they have a lot to offer but wasn't really articulating it well and also needed a little bit more confidence that what you're doing has that much more value, then this is a really, really great program to join. Plus, it's fun. The other people are super interesting, and it's a really great cohort of peers where you'll be able to learn from their examples and help them as well. I’ve come away with offers that I'll be able to sell for a lot more than I'm selling them now.”

“Tim brings a wonderful energy to all of the workshop and is so generous with his wealth of knowledge and experience. Despite having done several courses relating to facilitation and my business, I came away with genuinely new tools and practical ideas. I left every session feeling energised, and inspired, with clear, valuable changes to make to my offer, sales process, and workshop design, all anchored in simple, memorable frameworks I could implement straight away.
Another real highlight was the group itself. Working independently means I don’t always have a team to bounce ideas off, so having a high-calibre group of fellow facilitators to work through tasks, relating specifically to my business within the sessions, was a huge bonus.”

“The Bootcamp didn’t just give me new activities, it gave me a better way to think about what’s changing inside participants as a workshop unfolds. Designing with those intentional perspective shifts in mind has made my sessions clearer, stronger, and easier to build. I now feel more confident both in the design and in how I describe the value of the workshop. Tim is awesome! ”

“Tim's program gave me the much needed momentum and clarity to get my business off the ground. Also, I met people in the program who are doing exciting things, expanded my network, and even got an immediate client out of it. Thank you Tim!”

“Tim’s tools helped me get clear and confident about my positioning in a way that fit who I am and how I work. His frameworks were immediately useful, and the High ROI Facilitation Bootcamp group was filled with people I genuinely respect, learn from, and want to stay connected to.”

Offering Value This week is focused on literally framing up what you are offering to your clients. The goal is to move away from being a mere service provider and instead create a powerful, outcome-based workshop offer that solves "bleeding neck" problems for organizations.
</aside>
<aside>
Articulating Value Participants learn how to find and use the right words to express their value with their participants, in marketing materials, on social media, during sales calls, or anywhere else. By the end of this week, you will have the specific language needed to get clients and participants excited about the transformation you provide.

<aside>
Delivering Value This week focuses on the actual design of your workshops, to ensure they over-deliver on your promises. It covers the tools and techniques required to lead sessions that drive high-quality results and real progress.
</aside>
<aside>
Decommoditizing Value
Many facilitators sound the same when they talk about what they do. This week is dedicated to making your approach unique to YOU. You will gain clarity on how to differentiate your self and your offering, so that when a client wants your specific expertise, you are the only one they can talk to.

<aside>
Systematizing Value
The focus here is on packaging your value into a repeatable system that is easy to roll out over and over again. This ensures that your high-value process is consistent and scalable without requiring you to reinvent the wheel for every client.

Showcasing Value
The final week is about going to market with your refined, high-ROI offer. This includes developing a pitch presentation that gives you the confidence to ask for significantly higher rates while proving the return on investment to the client.
